Mezhybrotsky V. Improving of N, N'-dytiodymorpholine technology

The work is devoted to the improvement of technology N, N'-dytiodymor-pholine - important local product of organic synthesis, which is used as a modifier of rubber products, antiseptic and for introducing reactive-capable groups of molecules to other compounds. It was found that the main factor that affects the yield and quality of N, N'-dytiodymorpholine by condensation with morpholine monochlorum sulfur, is the ratio of the initial products. A new ratio of morpholine: monochlorum sulfur and the optimum conditions for condensation of morpholine and monochlorum sulfur, which together help reach DTDM 93.5%, are proposed.
