Grishko N. Economic safety management of engineering enterprise

The object of the study is the economic safety of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the economic safety management at engineering enterprise. The dissertation deals with the problems of economic safety management of engineering enterprise with focus on creation of preventive regulation mechanisms and its level growth. The critical analysis of the existing definitions of economic safety, methods of its measurement has been carried out; it also has been proved that the level of economic safety of object of management depends on safety status of subjects of economics interacting with it. The methodological approaches concerning complex assessment of economic safety status of an enterprise with rating position obtaining and the dynamics of individual estimation have been deepened. It has been improved the method of priority reaction at the enterprise within the scope of economic safety management using the principles of hierarchy method analysis rating that in contras to the existing practice makes it possible to obtain more improved detailed comparative assessment of the alternatives and increase the level of managerial decisions sufficiency. The economic and mathematical model of dependence of enterprise activity results on formalized qualitative characteristics of economic safety system of an enterprise has been developed. The conceptual approach to economic safety management according to the principles of preventive regulation has been suggested. The approach is grounded on the use of the instrument of multicriterion optimization during formation the rational level of economic safety that can be referred to as the status of balance of expense and result characteristics of the economic safety system at the industrial object within adequate reaction on the possible variations of external and internal threats of the activity. It has been developed the methodological approach concerning formation of scenarios for economic safety management of an enterprise taking into account the internal environment changes. The basic directions for improvement of economic efficiency methods of economic safety management methods of an enterprise taking into account an economic safety power reserve have been formulated. The suggested in the dissertation scientific and practical recommendations have the applied-oriented character and they are used at the following engineering enterprises: Public Joint Stock Company "Kredmash", Public Joint Stock Company "KrKZ", Public Joint Stock Company "KVBZ", Private Joint Stock Company "IC".
