Remizova I. State regulation of aggregate demand based on methodology of financial programming

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of state regulation of the aggregate demand. According to the results of the research the aggregate demand theories and practice of its state regulation were generalized. World experience of financial programming methodology was investigated. There was made conception of state regulation of aggregate demand based on financial programming methodology. The structure of aggregate demand and the main determinants that define it were analyzed in the research. The matrix of financial flows was improved according to the national statistical data and on its basis carried on the analysis of private and public sector "savings- investment" imbalances. It is determined that the expansion of investment demand is the most quality factor of structural changes in aggregate demand. The guidelines for the forecast of the main components of aggregate demand and the system of financial sector ensuring were developed. The forecast scenarios of the formation of aggregate demand were done. Correction measures of state regulation of aggregate demand were made in the program scenario in order to change its structure.
