Essay

Object – natural and climatic loads, including a snow load on cold roofs of industrial buildings; the purpose - developing the science-based proposals for the regulating the climatic loads, including a snow load on the cold roof of industrial buildings; methods - experimental studies to examine the processes of formation of snow cover on the roof, the methods of mathematical statistics, methods of reliability theory and computational mathematics; novelty – it has been shown that information about dangerous snowfall is in the results of regular surveys of snow dimensional shooting that fully reflect the processes of formation of snow cover on the soil surface; time it has been specified the data rate of snowmelt; for the first it has been developed a probabilistic snowfall sequence model in the form of a stationary pulse process and method of determination of the statistical characteristics of the results of snow dimensional shooting surveys; and it has been obtained the statistical properties of the developed probabilistic sequence snowfall model for the entire territory of Ukraine; on the developed probabilistic random process model of pulse snowfall sequences it has been improved the method of determining the calculated value of snow load on the cold roof harmonized with the applicable regulations; it has been detailed the calculated values of snow load on the cold roof and it has been investigated their territorial variability within Ukraine; the results – it has formed an electronic database and received the calculated value of snow load on the cold roof, designed map of territorial zoning of Ukraine according to characteristic values of snow load on the cold roof of agricultural and production buildings; it has been obtained the single for the whole territory the dependence of the reliability under threshold calculated value of snow load on its recurrence period; to include into the sate-level regulations it has been developed the proposals on determining the calculated value of snow load on cold roofs of agricultural and production buildings with taking into account the specified life term of the building and its location in the Ukraine; branch - construction.
