Essay

The Ph.D. work is devoted to studying of biologically active chromophores and to learning of their structure and energy properties upon the interaction with carbon nanotubes. For the first time, induced with the cationic porphyrine, unusual aggregation of carbon nanotubes with the anionic biopolymer adsorbed has been obtained and studied. Structures of nanohybrids of the heterocyclic imidazophenazine molecule and its derivatives with different chirality carbon nanotubes are investigated. Essential interaction increase between nanotube surface and charged porphyrine concerning to neutral is established.
