Pryymenko A. Legal regulation of relations that arise in cases of breadwinner's loss (in solidary pension system).

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of legal regulation topical theoretical and practical problems of the survivor's pension provisioning within the solidary pension system in Ukraine. The place of right to survivor's pension in the system of human and citizen rights and freedoms is analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to study theoretical aspects of subject composition of this legal relations. A number of new provisions, dealing to legislative recognition of the recipients of survivor's pension are determined. The study of legal composition of survivor's pension relationships is performed, the order of awarding and pension payment is investigated. Resulting from analysis of scientific literature, legal acts of Ukraine and other states, judicial practice concrete reasonable proposals for the further improvement of conceptual apparatus and legislation are presented. 7452
