Shevchuk Z. The content and implementation of the right to judicial protection under the labor laws of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the legal regulation of the right to judicial protection under labor legislation, implementation of this law in labor disputes. Such concepts are defined: the "right to remedy", "wrongful dismissal", "reinstatement" and others. The analysis is made of the right to judicial protection in the legal status of an employment relationship, the structure of the right to judicial protection under labor law, investigated the procedure of the right to judicial protection of jurisdictional and non jurisdictional forms. The features of the judicial protection of labor rights of certain categories of workers are characterized, including public service workers, women, youth, seniors and people with limited functionality. Based on the made analysis the author formulates proposals for amendments and additions to the existing and development of new regulations for the proper regulation of the right to judicial protection employee as a participant in labor relations.
