The processes of management by financially-economic activity of enterprises which function in the market conditions of economy are a research object. Research methods: systems analysis, mathematical design, methods of index and factor analysis. Results: theoretical bases in relation to the management by financial safety of enterprise taking into account the elements of complex, stationary approaches, method of quantitative estimation of financial strength security of enterprise on the basis of multidimensional analysis of indexes, model of quantitative estimation of influencing of indexes of efficiency of the use of resources on the net income of enterprise, mean of monitoring of risks of financial danger of enterprises, prognosis model of the state of financial safety, model of forming of strategy of management by financial safety of enterprise. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of industrial enterprises.
