The aim of the research is to improve the theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation mechanism of sustainable development of economy of Ukraine, focused on the priority of the growth of social welfare in compliance with the environmental imperative of management. The object of study is the management processes sustainable development of economy of Ukraine in a globalizing world economy. Subject of research - theoretical and methodological, scientific and organizational principles of the formation mechanisms of sustainable development of economy of Ukraine. In this paper, investigated the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of the sustainable development of the economy. Dissertation is devoted to generalization of theoretical foundations, development methodology and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economical mechanism of management of constant development of economy. Improved the interpretation meaning of "sustainable development of economy", "economy of sustainable development", "financial capacity of sustainable development." Defined system-creating factors for the system of management of national economy. Explored economic aspects of control mechanisms within the context of the transition function of economy on the principles of constant development. Determined the principles and functions of management as a systematic process. Determined the functions of market and state management of the economy of sustainable development. Investigated the role of innovation in the process of economic transition to principles of sustainable development.
