Thesis is devoted to the complex study of theoretical grounds of adequate, safe and healthy working conditions' legal guaranteeing in Ukraine. Legal guaranteeing of the state policy in creating proper working conditions, of the mechanism of owner's economical interest in creating safe working conditions at an enterprise, of the labor protection's managing system are disclosed and grounded in the thesis. The ways of improving legal guaranteeing of adequate, safe and healthy working conditions in Ukraine are suggested. These conditions are suggested both in legal and socio-economic aspects.
