The dissertation deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation of social security relations which are the part of labour relations. Their legal nature and content are revealed. In particular, conceptual approaches to understanding and interpretation the term "social security" in different meanings are researched. It is emphasized that it can be treated in social, economical, technical and juridical aspects.
