Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the sphere of effect of labour legislation of Ukraine in a market economy. The notion of labour legislation is determined, it's social function is revealed. The social relations the are the object of legal regulation are characterized. The social and labour relations regulated by civil and administrative legislation are examined. The author argues that the circle of social relations, the range of persons and territorial orientation are the criteria of the sphere of labour legislation effect.
