Nalapko K. Clinical and pathogenetic features, treatment and medical rehabilitation of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, combined with chronic bronchitis in patients with obesity.

In dissertation work data of complex clinical laboratory and instrumental investigation of 120 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in combination with chronic bronchitis (CB) and obesity aged 23 to 75 years were summarized, among observed patients aged 40-45 years were prevailed (55,3%), duration of comorbidity was from 1 to 12 years. Pathogenetical role of metabolic and immune disorders in exacerbation of pathological process in the liver was determined. Peculiarities of clinical course of combined pathology, accompanied by disorders of lipid metabolism were defined; they were associated with activation of peroxidation, reducing of pro-oxidative capacity of the blood and prevalence of pro-inflammatory properties of blood on anti-inflammatory. Using of combination cytrarginine and dialipon in the treatment of patients with NASH in combination with CB and obesity was pathogenetically substantiated. Acceleration of normalization of biochemical and immune parameters was marked, in clinical plan it was shown by achieving of sustained complete remission. For prevention of exacerbation of the pathological process in the liver it would be expedient to conduct rehabilitation using modern metabolic drug lipin.
