The object of study: the small business development in market conditions. Subject of research: theoretical and practical bases of the small business financial support development in Ukraine. The research goal disclosure (discovery) of scientific and methodological bases and developing of practical recommendations for financial support constituents and their trends of the small business in market conditions. Methods of the research: analysis and synthesis, modeling and forecasting financial performance of small enterprises, statistical methods, systematic approach, the comparative method. Theoretical results: scientific and methodological bases of financial support components of the small business in Ukraine during the post-crisis environment by increasing the efficiency of regulatory policy and institutional environment.
