Objects of research: germanium nano and submicron structures obtained by the decomposition of volatile beta-diketonate complexes of germanium(IV). Purpose - a low-temperature synthesis and study of the morphological properties of germanium nano and submicron structures obtained by the decomposition of a new volatile beta-diketonate complexes of germanium(IV) on the catalytically active surfaces. Research methods : ESP, 13C NMR, DTA, SEM. A new volatile precursor is synthesized for CVD-synthesis technique for producing nanostructures of germanium which characterized low temperatures of sublimation (90 C) and expansion (140 C).
