Borovyk J. Activity regulation of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets

The thesis is devoted to extending the theoretical and methodological principles of markets analysis of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets, to classifying the tools of activity state regulation of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets and providing the recommendations resulting there of regarding regulation improvement methods of the mentioned subjects on the relevant markets in Ukraine. The author's definition of "adjacent market" which discloses a deep economic content of the correspondent category and allows considering multitude forms of its manifestation in the modern economy was determined here in. The classification features of the adjacent markets division based on the horizontal and vertical approaches was grounded. Provisions related to principles, forms and methods of state regulation of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets were improved. The criteria for evaluation of state regulation efficiency of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets were highlighted. Courses on improvement of state regulation of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets were emphasized. The stages of restructuring of natural monopoly industry as well as the strategy of state regulation of natural monopolies subjects on the adjacent markets were developed in the present thesis.
