Кhilenko O. Organizational and economic mechanism of arbitrary management of enterprises

In the thesis there is researched and defined the essence of the terms "arbitrary management" and "organizational and economic mechanism of arbitrary management of an enterprise", identified the structure of organizational and economic mechanism of arbitrary management of an enterprise and described economic essence of its key components. There are determined directions of estimation and improved a system of indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of arbitrary management of an enterprise. There are identified main trends of taking legal bankruptcy actions and closing bankruptcy cases of business agents in Ukraine today. There is made an evaluation concerning effectiveness and efficiency of arbitrary management of those Ukrainian enterprises which are undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. There are grounded propositions for improving efficiency and effectiveness of organizational and economic mechanism of arbitrary management of an enterprise by improving methodological support of its certain components which have economic essence, such as diagnosis of insolvency of an enterprise-debtor, a comparative estimation of "restructuring and liquidation", preparatory work concerning selling an enterprise as an integral property complex.
