Kovnerov O. Problem of justice in Russian philosophy of and of XІX is beginning of XX age (historical - philosophical analysis).

The object is a problem of justice in Russian philosophical tradition. The aim is the complex research of conceptual approaches to the problem of justice in Russian philosophical tradition in the end of ХІХ - beginning of ХХ century. The methods are principle of historical method and comparative analysis, principle of objectivity, system approach, hermeneutics. It is educed as a result of research, that by virtue of variety of approaches and strategies of consideration of problem of justice in Russian philosophy of end of centuries, this concept gains character deep ekzistanciyale and grows into a base for a construction in Russian philosophy of system anthropology theory. Research of problem of justice on the modern stage of development can assist further development of theory of social justice and conception of steady development of modern Ukrainian and on the whole global society.
