Essay

The research is devoted to establishing of early diagnostic, differential-diagnostic criteria and the prognosis of hypixemic-ischaemic damage of central nervous system (that differs due to characteristics and the degree of complexity) of preliminary-born in acuity on the basis of their complex interdisciplinary research (anamnesis, neurological, clinical, instrumental - neurovoiceprint, immune-enzyme, in particular the dynamics of quantity level changes of brain-derived neurotropic factor in blood serum) and also the development and estimation of effectiveness of medical correction measures (early usage of neuroprotective and neurometabolic therapy) in the complex of traditional basis treatment. At the result of conducted research the connection between the level of serum concentration in brain-derived neurotropic factor and formation of structural damage of cerebrum (that differs due to characteristics and the degree of complexity) of preliminary-born with perinatal hypoxic ischemic injury of CNS in neonatal period. The scheme of treatment of preliminary-born children, who carried hypoxic ischemic injury in the acute phase was improved.
