The dissertation is a monographic research of criminalistic characteristics of child trafficking, as well as basic provisions of its investigation. Based on the generalizing of materials of criminal cases and analysis of scientific works there were identified cha-racteristics of children as the subject of trafficking and as victims, their classification that based on age and legal status. The peculiarities of criminals (salesman, buyer, me-diator) in their relationship with the group classification of child victims, Found out methods of feasance of child trafficking, which are conditioned belonging of child to the certain age-dependent group, and also aims of criminal, and him by socialpsycho-logical features.
