Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of quantitative relationships of Lactobacterium spp., Enterobacterium spp., Streptococcacea spp., Prevotella+Porphyromonas spp., Eubacteridacea spp., Micoplasma and Candida spp. in supragingival plaque at chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis in children of 9-15 years old, using multiplexed real-time polymerase chain reaction and clinical and microbiological effectiveness evaluation of the relationships correcting with lysozyme-based prebiotic and Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011-based probiotic. It was established that CGCG of mild to moderate severity varies from normal gingiva by the ratio of basic bacterial species of supragingivalis plaque that is treated as a local dysbiosis. The diagnostic criteria of the dysbiosis are: relative increase of the total bacterial mass (7,56 lg) and three groups of microorganisms: Lactobacillus spp. (5,87 lg), Enterobacteriaceae spp. (6,22 lg), Prevotella + Porphyromonas spp. (6,4 lg). Clinically, the use of "Lisobakt" and "Latsidofil" may improve treatment HGKG by preventing relapses. The method of dysbiosis correction does not affect the nature of the pathological process in the therapy resistant CGCG. The RT-PCR results suggested the effectiveness of proposed dysbiosis correction, which is to change the quantitative ratios of bacterial species and establish correlations of Lactobacterium spp. (with the Enterobacteriaceae spp. and Eubacteridacea spp.). The total bacterial mass increased (7,54 lg), but the proportion of main periodontal pathogenic bacterial species Prevotella + Porphyromonas spp. (6,26 lg) decreased after application of "Lisobakt" and "Latsidofil" in proposed scheme manner. The results show that the influence of lysozyme and probiotic lactobacilli resolve interspecific relationships and bacterial contribution to a healthy state of the gums.
