Suhlyak V. Microbiological substantiation of elaboration and use of antiseptics in patients with inflammatory diseases of oral cavity mucosa

Object of investigation: opportunistic isolates of microorganisms, inflammatory diseases of oral mucosa, caused by opportunistic microorganisms. The aim: microbiological substantiation of elaboration and use of antiseptics in patients with inflammatory diseases of oral cavity mucosa. Methods of investigations: microbiological; physical and chemical, clinical, mathematical and statistical. Equipment: microscope "Biola", thermostat, autoclave, drying cabinet, the camera "Olympus". At the first time a study of antiseptics decasan, decamethoxin, horosten, septefril, miramistin, chlorhexidine on museum and clinical strains of microorganisms which were isolated from the patients with inflammatory diseases of oral cavity mucosa. The influence of antiseptics on adhesive qualities of opportunistic microorganisms was studied. Forming of the resistance in clinical strains to antiseptics decasan, decamethoxin, horosten, septefril, miramistin, chlorhexidine was determined. The degree of implementation. The data of the experiments were implemented in study programs of the department of microbiology, virology, immunology; the department of therapeutic stomatology; department of pediatric stomatology State Medical University of Ukraine.
