Object of investigation: indigenous obligate anaerobic, facultative anaerobic and aerobic microorganisms of white rats large intestine and distal small intestine intestinal lumen and epithelial mucosa. Methods of investigations: toxicological, microbiological, pure culture method, mycological, statistical. Equipment: microscope " XY series ", thermostat, autoclave, dry oven. The negative impact of itaconic acid applications on intestinal flora for the first time has been determined. For the first time has been determined that complete self-healing of intestinal flora after 15 days of itaconic acid applications did not occur; and there is a trend towards recovery. For the first time has been found that probiotics bifidumbacterin and lactobacterin in vitro show high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic enterobacteria, staphylococci and genus Candida.
