Nazarchuk O. Microbiological substantiation of antimicrobial materials' investigation on basis of decamethoxine, miramistin and chlorhexidine

Object of investigation: opportunistic isolates of microorganisms, purulent-inflammatory infectious complications, experimental animals. The aim: microbiological, morphological substantiation of the qualities of the new antimicrobial composition on the basis of decamethoxin; antimicrobial medical materials' investigation. Methods of investigations: microbiological, morphological, physical and chemical, statistical one. Equipment: microscope "Biola", thermostat, autoclave, drying cabinet, the camera "Olympus". At the first time a study of decamethoxine's composition with carboxymethylamylum, oxyethylcellulose on museum and clinical strains of microorganisms was carried out. The proportion of ingredients in a new antiseptic composition used for providing prolonged antimicrobial qualities of medical textile was investigated.
