The processes of management by flexibility of resource potential of sector of commercial insurance services are a research object. Research methods: systems approach, economic analysis, methods of logical generalization, quantitative methods, methods of structural analysis, analysis of hierarchy, expert estimations, graphic analysis, methods of multiple regression, extrapolation. Results: conception of management by flexibility of resource potential of sector of commercial insurance services, methodical approach to the choice of indexes of management by flexibility of resource potential of insurance companies, dynamic model of prognostication of level of management by flexibility of resource potential of insurance companies, methodical approach to integral estimation of management by flexibility of resource potential of insurance companies, monitoring of management by flexibility of resource potential of insurance companies. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of insurance companies.
