The object of the study is the management processes of production and economic activity of milk-processing enterprises based on cost estimate. The objective is to elaborate theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for effective management of production and economic activity of enterprises based on cost estimate. In order to solve the set up tasks, there have been applied methods of theoretical generalization, comparison and systematization, statistic and economic analyses, expert assessment etc.. The results of the study may be used by milk-processing and other enterprises of agricultural sector, as well as during elaboration of methodological manuals
