Sharayevska T. The legal regulations of territories' and citizens' protection in emergency ecological situations in Ukraine.

Dissertation contains complex research of legal nature conceptual apparatus and peculiarities of legal regulation in the sphere of territories' and citizens' protection in emergency ecological situations in Ukraine. In the result of conducted research work, system of legislative acts, is allocated the features of legal regulations in the investigated sphere, the basic of it occurrence, changes and terminations are analysed. Object composition of legal regulations in the sphere of territories' and citizens' protection in emergency ecological situations in Ukraine investigated and the range of subjects of these legal relations is defined. The classification of state power system bodies, that consists of public authorities of general competence and specially authorized state bodies is made. Much attention is paid to content of legal relations in the investigated sphere and to definition of peculiarity of economic and legal provision protection of territories' and citizens' in emergency ecological situations in Ukraine. On the basis of performed research theoretical conclusions are developed, particular changes and additions to current legislation of efficient and improved implementing of territories' and citizens' protection in emergency ecological situations in Ukraine are analysed.
