The dissertation investigates administrative and legal regulation of public purchasing in Ukraine. The subject of scholarly attention in the work is concepts using in procurement, functioning of public purchasing, historical stages of corresponding law evolution, general directions of improvement of legal regulation of public purchasing in Ukraine. Also tradeoff analysis of methods and principles of legal regulation of public purchasing in Ukraine and European Union countries was carried out. The dissertation describes authorities of government bodies which administrate public purchasing in Ukraine.
