The object of research: selection and genetic processes in the cattle population Tavrian red zone type Ukrainian dairy breed. Objective: to estimate breeding and genetic processes in populations Tavrian red zone type Ukrainian dairy breed using the results of immunogenetic monitoring. Methods: immunogeneticheskie (determination of red blood cell antigens), population genetic (calculation of genetic parameters), zootechnical (the study of milk production, reproductive ability and lifetime use), biometric. Theoretical and practical results: immunogenetic monitoring data allow to optimize genostruktury and maintain an optimal level of polymorphism in the population. The use of genetic markers for the selection of parental pairs directed to maintaining effective combinations of genes for several generations improves economically useful traits of animals Tavrian red zone type Ukrainian dairy breed. Novelty: for the first time using the system monitor is set immunogenetic direction of change population genetic parameters Tavrian area type, and the main influencing factors, the new data on the level of consolidation of the newly created gene pool, which from the time of approval increased by 40-47 %. Investigated the genetic structure of families and established a positive correlation (P> 0,95) period of economic use of the cows from the inheritance of their alternative allotypes ancestor of individual families.
