Essay

In the dissertation work a complex of theoretical and experimental studies devoted to creation of wasteless technology of polimineral potassium sulfate ores by leaching processing is done. The role of physico-chemical analysis as theoretical basis of salt production and the value of the diagram of five-componental "sea" system Na+, K+, Mg2+ // SO42-, Cl-, H2O for development of rational technical solutions on the production cycle organization is shown. Taking into account peculiarities of the structure of diagram, analysis of traditional technology based on the leach ore saturated solution of sodium chloride and measures to оre preparations is given. Insufficient efficiency of existing technology of chloride leaching and inevitability of formation in it large-tonnage galito-langbejnit dumps is shown. The sulfate leaching method which refers to the methods of "full" solution and allows you to use all the components of ore for the end product is accepted for working out. The mechanism and kinetics of ores leaching and other minerals saturated solutions of sodium sulfate is studied. Technological researches of the process in periodic and continuous modes are conducted. The new version of ores leaching by the circulating solutions on the basis of shenit is developed. In comparison with an initial variant, it doesn't demand for starting-up of production the imported raw materials - sodium sulfate. On experimental data of the salt, water and sodium projections of the system Na+, K+, Mg2+ // SO42-, Cl-, H2O the working diagram of process in a stationary mode is constructed. Basic, operational and hardware-technological schemes of head reactor process of polymineral ore processing by a sulfate leaching method are developed. The chloride-sulfate brine formed in it is directed for reception of food and technical salt, potash fertilizers and chloride of magnesium by evaporation, cooling and crystallization with the maximum use of the equipment of existing production. A by-product - dump kek, containing some clay fraction and almost insoluble potassium-magnesium minerals - is processed into granulated chloralfree potash fertilizers of the prolonged action with microelements. This method is also suitable for utilization of already accumulated large-tonnage waste. Its introduction will allow not only to improve technical and economic indicators of production, but also to solve the ecological problems of galurgion processing of polymineral ores.
