Essay

The research results provide an opportunity to expand current understanding of the clinical, endoscopic and morphological manifestations of chronic H. pylori - associated gastritis in NASH help improve diagnosis and treatment of patients with this pathology. Confirmed the diagnostic value of gastric mucosa morphological studies in patients with chronic H. pylori - associated gastritis in NASH, which allows to determine not only the extent and activity of inflammation, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, but also to identify the various microcirculatory disorders.
