Essay

Dissertation is the first in Ukraine research of theoretical foundations and practical questions of technique of crimes investigation which are connected with illegal access to bank accounts. In the thesis it is stated and grounded a chain of new principles and conclusions that are important to criminalistics, investigation and judicial practice. It was discovered a content of elements of criminalistic characteristics of this category crimes. These were marked out peculiarities of their detecting and organizing of investigation.
