The thesis is dedicated to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the specific features of investigating crimes hidden by re-enactment and also it is set the criminalistics value of re-enactment in the overall system of criminal behavior. The author considers a number of concepts, which allowed a logical approach to the definition of the terms "re-enactment of the crime" and "re-enactment of non criminal event".
