Radzivilo I. Management of innovative potential of industrial enterprise in the system of anti-crisis management (case study machine builders)

Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of system building of the management of innovative potential of industrial enterprises in the system of anti-crisis management have been developed in this thesis. The role of the innovative potential of enterprise (IEP) in anti-crisis manage-ment has been defined, the category of "innovative potential of enterprise" has been specified by using system dynamics approach. The nature of the proposed improve-ments has been revealed regarding to the classification of crises in the company and the new criteria "an instrument of influence" has been added to the existing classifi-cation; practicality of highlighting two subtypes in the system of innovation crisis (crisis of innovativeness and crisis of innovative development) has been justified. The tendencies of the development of innovative processes in Ukraine have been considered, it has been established that the innovation crisis is common, not only for enterprises, but also can be systemic, and encompass all levels of the economy. The formation mechanisms, structure, patterns, and methods of IEP evaluation have been examined, there under the model of IEP formation and scientific-methods approach to the assessment and prediction of IEP have been improved. Organizational and economic mechanism has been up grated for IEP manage-ment implementation process based on the developed matrix of coordination of inter-ests of interacting parties under circumstances of implementation of integrated IEP management system, methodology for assessing its effectiveness has also been justi-fied. The proposed approaches to ІEP management and evaluation of their effective-ness were implemented in practice of machine builders.
