Object - process of the availability management and complex service's composition management in multiservice network. The purpose - improvement of service quality in multiservice networks by improving its availability and by complex service's composition management based on the current state of its elements in multiservice network. Methods - systems theory, set theory, graph theory, Markov chains, E-nets, temporal logic, simulation modeling and mathematical statistics. Results - the method of complex service's composition management in multiservice network is improved. A method for the structural analysis of complex services based on Е-nets and a method for increasing the availability of services in multiservice networks based on service -oriented architecture are developed.
