The object of study - odontogenic phlegmon. The purpose of the study - the optimization of the treatment of patients with odontogenic phlegmon of the mouth floor and front peripharyngeal space by developing new methods of topical diagnosis and new approaches to surgery. Methods of research - clinical, topographic anatomy, bacteriology, statistics. First developed an anatomical preparation, which conducted topographic anatomical study. Expanded scientific knowledge about the message of the lateral fat slit sublingual space with front peripharyngeal, hyoid tireoepiglotical space and sleepy triangle. Found the proportion of posts fiber floor of the mouth and peripharyngeal space with adjacent cellular spaces. Developed and put into practice the method of palpation. Developed and put into practice methods of treatment phlegmons floor of the mouth front peripharyngeal space and the propagation of the inflammatory process in the tissue of the neurovascular bundle neck , so that efficiency gains of complex treatment . Developed and put into practice a tubular- fluted drainage. Results have been implemented in 4 medical institutions of Ukraine, and the main provisions of which are incorporated into the program of lectures and workshops in 2 university medical institutions in Ukraine.
