The budgeting processes in banks are the studies' object.The studies' goal is developing of theoretically principles, methodical concepts and practical recommendations of the budgeting management in banks. There are such methods: systematization and generalization, the method of expert assessments of induction and deduction, methods of statistical analysis, graphical modeling, etc. are used in the thesis. In addition, functional, procedural, quantitative and qualitative, situational, behavioral and dynamic scientific approaches are used in the thesis, in particularly during the formation of the thesis main position. The scientific innovation of the thesis' results is the development of theory guidelines and work out in methodical recommendations of budgeting management in banks.The banks' information, which have experience of budgeting management, and of scientific researches, that reflect achievements of domestic and foreign authors, are scrutinized in the thesis. The offered complex of coefficients is the key concepts of the thesis, which can practically using. The offered complex of coefficients characterize the effectiveness of budgeting management in banks, the model's evaluation of management decisions efficiency by budgeting entities in banks, methodological tools for the formation of information providing of budgeting entities in banks, Although the offered complex of coefficients characterize the level of bank's development.
