Essay

The object of study - the process of automating the construction of analytical GIS of multiply spatially distributed objects; purpose is to speed up construction of analytical GIS of multiply spatially distributed objects, use methods of the theory of relational databases, GIS technology mathematical modeling, set theory, graph theory, object-oriented programming, theoretical results: first developed information model MSDO GIS analysis, which allows to represent in a single format GIS spatial and attribute data MSDO, analytical and algorithmic relationship between their parameters, spatial and logical relations between their objects to automate processing, the first time a method for formalizing analytical and algorithmic dependencies between parameters MSDO as a system layer of GIS to automate the formalization and maintaining analytical and algorithmic relationships between attribute and spatial parameters of the facilities and increase the speed of adaptation to the desired GIS MSDO combination of layers of objects, their parameters and the dependencies between them during modeling in them; improved method of formalizing influence centers of gravity on the parameters MSDO, allowing more comprehensively and promptly consider the impact of the centers of gravity on the process MSDO in the design or modeling processes in them, first developed information technology automated construction of analytical GIS MSDO considering the possible analytical and algorithmic relationships between attribute and spatial parameters of these objects with various factors GIS layers and objects that are counted independent of platforms and GIS formats that can speed up the construction of such systems and their analytical capabilities, practical results - the technique of formalization GIS information model objects MSDO as text descriptions given therein parameter space and logical object model for automate geocoding MSDO, improved methods of processing parameters of geometric networks that allows to speed up their use in practice; developed software for automated formalization and construction of analytical GIS MSDO. The degree of implementation - the main results implemented in enterprises and institutions: in the management of water resources of the central apparatus of the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine and all of its 31 river basin and regional water management Ukraine, in LLC " GISINFO " and City Сouncil Krivoy Rog, in the PUD "Specialized installation and operational area of traffic management " Vinnytsia City Council, the learning process of computer department of environmental- economic monitoring and engineering graphics Vinnytsia National Technical University.
