In the thesis, the new solution of a scientific and applied task which consists in perfecting of structure of inventory of installation of primary petroleum refining and increase of effectiveness of its work by decrease of a temperature pressure between hot and cold production lines. The power technological structure of installation of primary petroleum refining on the basis of an advanced method pіnch- analysis in combination with a energy method -net is developed; complex criterion of functioning of system of any technical architecture on the basis of characteristics of the current and capital power consumptions.
