Essay

The Thesis deals with the erotic and thanatological concepts and the constructive elements of their conceptosphere in creative works by Valery Shevchuk, Jaroslav Ivashkevich, Mikhal Khoromansky, which allows us to trace typological similarities and differences in their image. Aphroditian and demetrian erotic models have been pointed out based on the dual nature of the analyzed category. The peculiarities of spiritual and physical deaths have also been highlighted. The typical features of urban and rural cemeteries have been characterized in the comparative context in order to show that it is generalized thanatological vision, way to display another dimension of life and constant reminding that death is unchangeable part of human existence.
