The aim of the study is to develop a theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving the investment of vertically integrated enterprises of the agricultural sector. The object of study is the investment process of vertically integrated enterprises of the agricultural sector. Methods: system analysis, economical and statistical, mathematical programming. Theoretical results: improving the investment of vertically integrated enterprises of the agricultural sector by means of project financing. Practical results: the investment problems of vertically integrated enterprises of the agricultural sector, evaluation of investment supplement of holdings and feasibility of investment projects. Scientific novelty: based on a comprehensive assessment of the financial and economic modeling of agricultural holdings and the required amount of investment resources, proved the feasibility of project financing tool for organizing their investment, taking into account social and environmental and other risks, as well as their optimal allocation between all participants of the project. Degree of implementation: Department of Agricultural Development and the Department of Economic Development, Trade and International Cooperation of Zhytomyr Oblast State Administration, LLC "Borznaahroptahofabryka", LLC "Unity", ZNAEU. Effectiveness: results of the study will help to improve the investment activities of vertically integrated enterprises of the agricultural sector. Scope: vertically integrated companies, central and local executive bodies, local governments, higher education institutions.
