Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the treatment of patients with complications of root canals filling by use of methods of physiotherapy in complex treatment. Features of the clinical course of mandible teeth root canals filling complications in case of endohermetics withdrawal beyond anatomical length of roots were studied. Functional state of inferior alveolar nerve and affected tissues of innervations area was investigated. The systemic toxic effect of endohermetics, its relarionship with sealers polymerization rate and pH changes were studied in the in vitro experiments. The methods of treatment of the compression – toxic neuropathy of the inferior alveolar nerve depending on the course nature by using low-intensity laser radiation and medication electrophoresis by diadynamical current were proposed, their clinical efficacy was proven. The complex of measures aimed at prevention of complications of root canals filling were proposed.
