Essay

The dissertation was done to study the invasive form of Hib-infection in children under 5 years and the definition of frequency encounter carrier Hib in children under 2 year. First population studies conducted to determine the frequency Hib-meningitis in children under 5 years. The level of determination of Hib-infection allows to promote PCR-researches and to increase the etiologic decoding of festerings meningitises for children. Defined integral part Hib-community acquired pneumonia among children under 5 years. Was describing the clinical features Hib-meningitis and pneumonia in children under 5 years. The first time defined frequency encounter carrier of Hib in the unorganized healthy infants (under 2 years). Data of analysis of the mortality of children under 1 year of invasive disease after the enter of Hib vaccination in Ukraine proved its high efficiency and the need for its continuation.
