Korshun N. Quality parametres increase of infocommunicational network on the basis of the theory of waiting lines

Research object: a process of increase of quality parametres of infocommunicational network. Purpose of work is to increase a quality of functioning on infocommunicational network by improving the indicators of quality of service to users. Research methods: communication theory, theory of chances, theory of waiting lines, graph theory, statistical modeling, simulation methods on the personal computer. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: the main parameters of infocommunicational networks, which have a direct impact on service of users, a method for calculating the delay in the packet network was improved into its individual components in certain parts of the transmission from the source to the user; purchased the further development of simulation methods that allow to solve the problem of determining minimum packet transfer delay, for the first time a method for determining the minimum bandwidth, which allows, under certain maximum allowable delays packets to determine the minimum acceptable (necessary ) capacity of branches network.
