Demyanchuk Y. The administrative and law foundations of the railway transport of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the integrated study of administrative and law foundations of the functioning of The Railway Transport of Ukraine. We cleared up the situation of the current Ukrainian legislation of the railway transport; there are suggestions for further improvement. There are the modern problems of public administration by railway station of Ukraine in the dissertation and there are ways to minimize them. It is proved that the state regulation of the railway transport in a market economy is completely necessary, because it is focuses not only on private interests, but also takes into account public interests. We showed a system of public authorities that control the railway industry of Ukraine.
