3. Object of probe: process of reduction of contact tension in plain bearers by an intensification of formation of a boundary lubricant film on friction surfaces at preliminary processing of oils by an electrostatic field. Research objective: increase of durability of plain bearers at the expense of an intensification of formation of a boundary lubricant film which is formed of molecules of surface-active substances when processing oils by an electrostatic field. Probe methods: at theoretical studying of life cycle of plain bearers, the gear of formation of a lubricant film and development of models fundamental provisions of theoretical mechanics, an electrostatics, tribotekhnik and colloidal chemistry are used. For establishment of influence of intensity of an electrostatic field and oil temperature on thickness of the lubricant film formed by molecules of additive compounds on surfaces of friction, and also regularity of influence of intensity of an electrostatic field, pressure and movement speed on intensity of wear of plain bearers methods of planning of pilot studies were used. Theoretical and practical results: improvement of lubricating systems of plain bearers at application of a mode of electrostatic processing of oils. Practical recommendations about application of electrostatic processing of engine oils in lubricating systems of internal combustion engines and plain bearers of knots of processing equipment which are greased with turbine oils are developed. The offered mode of electrostatic processing of oils allows to raise a resource of plain bearers by 1,8-3,5 times. Scientific novelty: the model of an assessment of durability of plain bearers is developed at contact piece of surfaces in the conditions of electrostatic processing of oils; connection between thickness of a lubricant film and fatigue strength of details of plain bearers is established; consistent pattern of an intensification of the adsorptive process on surfaces of knots of friction by processing of oils by an external electrostatic field is determined; the model of distribution of intensity of a force field of a surface of friction on thickness of the lubricant film formed in the conditions of electrostatic processing of oil is developed; modes of processing of engine oils are experimentally established by an electrostatic field at which the maximum effect of drop of contact tension and wear of plain bearers at the expense of an intensification of the adsorptive process on friction surfaces is observed. Extent of introduction: results are introduced in DVS lubricating systems of automobile equipment of steering of East territorial command of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and also "Cars" and "Vehicles" are used in educational process of Donetsk academy of the motor transport in disciplines. Scope of application: results of work can be used educational process at training of specialists of mechanical engineering and at creation of circulating lubricating systems of plain bearers which under certain conditions loadings work in a mode of boundary lubricant.
