Essay

The thesis is devoted to create composite materials with technology to give them increased strength and durability by filling the porous space of the matrix with impregnating compound based on ED-20, which is hardening in the pores of the matrix. The development of physical and mechanical, physical and chemical models of the process of filling the porous space of the concrete body. The methods of impregnation porous bodies with fluid are considered. Existing methods for reducing the viscosity of the compound are analysed. Study to reduce the viscosity under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations is determined. Analysis of physical and mechanical models of the forces under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations is developed. The processes of physical and chemical action on the solid surface structure formation on the surface of liquid that polymerizes are considered. This paper presents the physical and mechanical properties of concrete, impregnated with epoxy under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations and for overpressure.
