Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretically experimental researches adhesive and cohesive strength of acrylic glue in bonds of concrete and reinforced concrete. The models for realization of theoretical researches adhesive and cohesive properties of acrylic glues are proposed. Ascertained that the work of cohesion is a theoretical value parameter on a tensile strength of glue, and work of adhesion qualitatively characterizes rupture strength of metal washers. During finding interfacial angle of wetting polymeric binder and researched glue formulation has been determined depends on substrate material view established that in all cases wetting a surface takes place. In paper present the results of the research on physical and mechanical properties of acryl glues which include the polymer binder, filler of different fineness and addition increasing their cohesive and adhesive strength. The cohesive strength has been determined for acryl glues samples under the conditions of, strain, bending and shift. Adhesive strength has been determined under the conditions of a short pulling out static loading influence on steel spindle in the anchor junction; uniform taking off a metal punches attaches to the concrete; uniform taking off two metal washers glued together; shift testing of concrete samples glued connections.
