Essay

Object of research are interaction processes between the performer and the employer within remote employment. The purpose of dissertation work is personnel management efficiency increase in the remote employment conditions at the expense of intellectual multiagent system development which allows to carry out the analysis of available information on work process and to provide support of decision-making by management. Methods of the systems analysis, the unified modeling, design, the object-oriented and agent-oriented analysis of information systems, and also methods of representation of knowledge, including, on the principles of fuzzy logic are used. For the first time the intellectual agent models on the principles of fuzzy logic for enterprises employers intellectual activities modeling in the remote employment conditions are developed in work. The research results are implemented in the form of models and algorithms for design and development of intellectual systems with use of software agents and internal remote personnel control systems, and also in educational process. The received results make a new contribution to a solution of the problem of human intellectual activity modeling.
