The thesis is sanctified to studying of clinical and endoscopic and morphological displays of H. pylori - associated peptic ulcer taking into account the cases of heavy motion of peptic ulcer (multiple ulcers, long-term not cicatrizated , with the gastroenteric bleeding in anamnesis) using histochemical research of lectins of plant origin to identify criteria of favorable prognosis (cicatrization, successful eradication) and unfavorable (cicatrization, atrophy, inflammation) output current H. pylori- associated peptic ulcer disease with multiple ulcers, as well as improving the treatment of patients with H. pylori - associated peptic ulcers by examining the effectiveness of some therapeutic strategies.
